Fiesta 2025 - Invitation
BIAŁOSTOCKI KLUB BALONOWY: We are pleased to invite you to the 7th Balloon Fiesta „Dolina Narwi”, combined with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of our club.
Conditions of participation
- minimum flight time as a balloon pilot commander 30h
- possession of a valid balloon pilot license
- possession of a current pilot’s book
- possession of a balloon book, airworthiness certificate and registration certificate
- valid third party liability and accident insurance for all people in the balloon
- crew not exceeding 4 people (pilot + 3 crew members)
- submission of the Pilot Registration Card by May 30, 2025
- payment of the entry fee by May 30, 2025
- sending a clear photo of the pilot and the balloon
Participation costs
NTRY FEES 1000 ZŁ/ 250 EUR paid into the account of the Białystok Balloon Club: PKO SA 11 1240 5211 1111 0010 7509 1845
- Gas for all flights and shows (arrival with full cylinders, departure with full cylinders)
- Accommodation for crews
- Meals
- Banquet on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Białystok Balloon Club
- Constant contact with the organizers of the Fiesta via WhatsApp
The application form will be accepted only with the attached confirmation of payment.
The number of places is limited to 50 balloons. The order of applications will be decisive – priority to participate in the event is given to balloons with a capacity of 2200 or more.
